In a ten year association with Gilbane Building Company, ECM served as a joint venture partner for over $100 million of construction-management-at-risk services for several El Paso area schools.  These assignments ranged from small classroom additions to the $30 million El Dorado High School.

ECM's specialty services for our institutional clients have also included roof condition surveys, establishing unit price contracting programs, property condition assessments and building system's studies.
