ECM has provided program, project and construction management support for public works projects since 1983. A wide variety of project assignments have given ECM staff valuable experience in project coordination, construction inspections and quality assurance, value engineering, constructability reviews, cost estimating, construction negotiations, dispute resolution, LEED project coordination and LEED Commissioning.

ECM’s staff is comprised of registered professionals in the disciplines of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, project management professional (PMP), registered architect, registered accessibility specialists, and LEED accredited professionals.  Additionally our staff includes professionals certified through the Association of Construction Inspectors (aci) as Certified Construction Project Managers, Certified Construction Inspectors, Certified Construction Consultants, and certified schedulers, and estimators certified through the International Code Council (ICC).

Public Works projects have been completed in roadway and transportation infrastructure, storm drainage, and public spaces.
