In 2007 ECM was selected by a joint-venture of GE Capital and Vesta, a Mexican development company, to serve as construction manager for the construction of the first aerospace park in Mexico. This 200-acre park in Queretaro, Qro., Mexico was being developed primarily for Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier for the manufacturing of their Lear 85 aircraft. The park serves as a campus for Bombardier and their suppliers; the park was built-out by 2012 at which time a complete private luxury jet was rolled out.

ECM’s construction management services included working with Bombardier's technical teams from Canada to define project scope, schedules, budgets, and construction oversight.  ECM also prepared bid packages, and conducted bid evaluations. Several obstacles facing the project were immediately addressed by ECM keeping the project within budget and schedule. At the completion of the first building Bombardier personnel stated that “this was the smoothest project they had ever undertaken”. ECM is currently planning the next two buildings for Bombardier.
