ECM has been working with Corporacion Inmobiliaria Vesta continuously since 2005. Vesta has properties in Baja California, San Luis Potosi, Querétaro, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Jalisco and the State of Mexico. Through the assistance of ECM, Vesta has completed the construction of various projects throughout Mexico in Querétaro, San Luis, Toluca, Cancun, and Mexico City to name a few.

ECM’s services to Vesta have included, but are not limited to the preparation of bid documents and specifications, the supervision and expansion of existing facilities, site selection support, new facilities construction, and property condition assessments.

We have managed the supervision of projects such as the Vesta Mini Park in Toluca, an industrial park, which included the construction of 5 buildings built in accordance with the highest international industrial standards. ECM has also provided leasehold improvement services to Vesta’s tenants to meet their needs.

Over 10 million sq. ft. of facilities have been completed with ECM's project delivery process.
