The Messier Dowty production building of 264,199.10 sq. ft. is a division of the Safran Group project currently under construction at the rising Aerospace Industrial Park in the City of Querétaro, Qro., México.

ECM International contributed in the project development phase and preparation of bid documents for this industrial facility. ECM International released the bid package to qualified contractors and conducted the bid evaluation process. Contractor selection support was offered to the client to obtain the best value for the construction of the project.

The construction of this production building consists of full height tilt up panels and a standing seam roof system with a blanket insulation system.

The facility is equipped with all necessary building systems; this includes electrical, compressed air, sewer and water distribution, and fire protection in compliance to NFPA and owner standards.

ECM International is currently involved in the project delivery services for the project. Quality assurance, construction schedule review, payment application control and project specification assurance are part of the services currently being provided by ECM International.
