This 150,000 s.f. facility was built for the General Electric Motor Division in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. ECM was hired by GE to serve as project manager for this manufacturing facility.

ECM’s services included reviewing of GE’s corporate specifications for adaptation to Mexican standards and methods, and preparation of bid packages, bidding, bid evaluation and construction phase services. ECM’s construction phase services were key to delivering this project’s accelerated schedule on time. This included not only building construction but also the delivery and installation of equipment.
