One of many similar projects completed for GE Capital, ECM provided building condition (facility assessment) surveys for these two apartment complexes in El Paso, Texas. High Ridge, a 379 unit complex, and Arbor Vista, a 296 unit complex were reviewed for existing conditions for financing purposes.

ECM’s extensive background in building construction and construction components is key to providing an accurate assessment of existing condition, expected useful life, and replacement costs.

A critical component was ECM’s approach to completing the work while the units remained occupied thereby causing minimum disruption.
