ECM was retained to coordinate the removal and disposal of underground storage tanks from several facilities in Cd. Juarez. ECM was retained to provide turnkey services using Johnson & Johnson’s specifications and procedures. ECM coordinated with Johnson & Johnson staff and retained local contractors for the removal and disposal. Each site was secured and tested after the removal and before backfilling to assure proper protocol for remediation.

ECM’s ability to undertake and implement such procedures is what made this project a success.
