The LG Electronics Mexico project is 283,000 s.f. manufacturing facility in Monterrey, N.L. designed with provisions for a future expansion and a railroad spur extending into the factory for loading/unloading operations. This manufacturing facility includes a 2,800 S.F cafeteria and 34,000 s.f mezzanine for in-plant offices. The total construction time for this building was 8 months from concept to substantial completion.

ECM International services for this project included the project development phase consisting of the preparation of project drawings and specifications. We also conducted the bidding process from the bid packages to the bid analysis and contract negotiating. The value engineering provided by ECM International for this project resulted in a $500,000 project cost savings. The project was completed on time and within schedule.
