Increased cargo activity necessitated expansion to several of the air cargo transport service companies at the El Paso International Airport.

The airport needed to quickly construct a new 145,000 square foot air cargo facility. By duplicating a recently constructed facility, the airport was able to reduce design phase services tremendously. ECM was contracted by the City of El Paso to act as the resident project representative on this fast-tract project. Early involvement by ECM streamlined the approval process. By organizing procedures and methods with definition, responsible parties, and time limits, the flow of information and the approval processes were clear and easy to track.

The airport administration has credited ECM for this successful project being “on time and on budget”, and continues to utilize ECM’s services.
