This project is typical of seventeen similar facilities completed for Packard Electric over the period of four years in central and eastern Mexico.

ECM provided comprehensive services including environmental assessment, construction documents, construction scheduling, design review, cost control, quality control, utilities contracts, kitchen equipment selection, systems testing, start-up assistance and final acceptance.

ECM established a prototype building with Packard’s (Delphi) input that allowed for the bidding and construction of these facilities using fast-track construction principles to achieve the project goals. Continuous reporting, quality control programs, and construction meetings, were key to maintaining all projects on schedule.
