ECM International's responsiveness to clients needs, together with technical, professional, and project management services were the key factors in the definition and development of the project concept and construction of this 132,000 sq. ft. industrial facility, which includes approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of office space and meeting/conference facilities.

The first challenge for this project was the implementations of the leasehold improvements into the base building already three months into construction. Another challenge included delivering the completed project, including the leasehold improvements, within the original time frame scheduled for the base building.

ECM’s knowledge of Mexican construction methods allowed for the timely inclusion of detailed tenant improvements into a project under construction without sacrificing schedule and controlling costs.

This project was one of two facilities that ECM has built for Mallinckrodt. ECM’s expertise and responsive service is the reason Mallinckrodt is a repeat customer.
