ECM International’s responsiveness to clients needs, technical, professional, and project management services were the key factors in the definition of the project and construction of Mead Johnson’s facility.

This expansion to an existing facility was needed to produce milk fortified, powdered chocolate for a newly acquired product line. This capital-intensive project required not only many of ECM’s standard services but also the coordination of importation and installation of equipment.

ECM’s services to Mead Johnson include facility planning, conceptual construction documents, design/build bidding process, construction scheduling, design review, cost control, quality control, systems testing, start-up assistance and final acceptance.
